To register, please fill out the form below and e-mail it back as an attachment.
Any late registrations (after December 15) may not receive confirmations and you will have to send one person in to get badges at the site when you arrive.

Please be prepared to be flexible, to leave a little earlier or stay a little later as needed. All full shifts include a lunch/dinner break. Shifts will be filled on a first come, first served basis, if we have too many for a shift, you will be notified and may choose to choose another shift if you like.

Floral Decorating Dates are as follows:

Tues, Dec 27th DAY & NIGHT shifts are CLOSED
Wed, Dec 28th DAY & NIGHT shifts are CLOSED
Thus, Dec 29th DAY & NIGHT shifts are CLOSED
Fri, Dec 30th DAY & NIGHT shifts are CLOSED
Sat, Dec 31st DAY shift is CLOSED

Dry Decorating Dates are as follows:

Sat, Nov 19th AM & PM shifts are CLOSED
Sun, Nov 20th AM & PM shifts are CLOSED
Sat, Dec 3rd AM & PM shifts are CLOSED
Sun, Dec 4th AM & PM shifts are CLOSED
Sat, Dec 17th AM & PM shifts are CLOSED
Sun, Dec 18th AM & PM shifts are CLOSED

DO NOT send in your registration form
before 7:00pm, September 1st!

Any forms received before then will be returned
and considered invalid.

With the vast amount of anticipated sign-ups, this is the best way to ensure everyone has
a fair chance at registering. Thank you for your patience.

Shift times for Dry Dec Days are from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Juniors may work a half day shift: 8:00am - 12:00pm or 1:00pm - 4:30pm
You MUST bring your own lunch for dry days!!! There are few nearby restaurants!

There are 2 shifts for Floral Dates: Day shifts are 8:00am (7:45am sign-in) - 4:00pm &

Night shifts are 4:00pm (3:45pm sign-in) - 11:55pm (11pm on the 27th & 28th)

On the 31st there is an Overnight shift from 11:55pm (11:30pm sign-in) - float completion.

as a .doc (not .docx) attachment (not in the body of the e-mail please)

Multi-level troops or leaders with multiple troops, please send in a separate form for your Juniors.

All minor participants, scouts or not, and adults are required to have a medical form on their person. Your troop medical is fine. If you need additional medicals you may download ours (go to the Insurance section of General Infomation to find the forms). It does not need to be filled out by a doctor, you may fill it out yourself.
